My background includes HIV, TB, PMTCT, maternal and child health and GBV programmes, alongside data validation, quality assessments, dashboards and donor- and Ministry of Health-aligned reporting.

Examined where children are being lost across Kenya's HIV care pathway - from diagnosis and treatment to viral suppression. The analysis translated cascade data into estimated child-level gaps and connected them to evidence on retention, adherence and programme support.
County-level analysis covering health worker density, cadre mix, brain drain patterns, and staffing gaps against the SDG 3c threshold of 44.5 per 10,000 population. Eight companion CSV datasets and a PostgreSQL schema. Findings surfaced material shortfalls in 31 of 47 counties, with Turkana and Mandera furthest from the SDG floor.
Examined Kenya's tuberculosis response over time, bringing together disease burden, case detection, treatment outcomes, TB/HIV integration and programme financing to identify progress and remaining risks.
Explored how national progress can conceal differences in access and outcomes across wealth groups, locations and care pathways.
Built an analytical tool to classify viral load outcomes, identify patients requiring follow-up and support more consistent facility-level monitoring.
